Volunteer at the Conference

As a volunteer with the annual conference, you will serve as a resource for the IMATA Vice President. The Vice President is charged with creating a successful annual conference by providing insight, planning, logistics and coordinating the resources necessary to accomplish these goals.

Volunteers during the annual conference will help ensure the highest quality to maximize experience, program quality, administrative efficiency and financial excellence.‍

• Provide on-the-ground support during the annual meeting to leadership and conference attendees.
• Network with conference attendees and build experience with event planning logistics.
• Develop relationships with IMATA leadership.
• Liaise with IMATA leadership to develop “hot topics” that will appear during conference proceedings.
• Promote and solicit participation in the Call for Papers from all areas and levels of IMATA membership.
• Boost Conference attendance of IMATA members.

Judging Team

Would you like to be a judge for the 2025 IMATA Conference in Chicago, Illinois?
‍
We are looking for a diverse group of IMATA members to form a comprehensive panel of judges. There will be a team of six to eight judges that will vote on who will receive the AWARDS for papers and posters presented at the conference.

THIS IS A GREAT WAY TO GET INVOLVED!

Criteria needed to be met to be selected as a judge:

• NOT presenting or authoring a paper or poster this year
• Have NOT been a judge in the past 2 years
• Able to attend ALL formal presentations and view all posters
• Able to attend ALL formal presentations and view all posters
• Able to keep your identity as a judge a SECRET for entire conference
